I believe this is an 8,000 BTU air conditioner. Only used for 3 months at the end of summer last year. Stored inside closet during winter. Works great, very cold! Comes with remote and the manual. Wifi enabled, control with an app, sleep timer, control temperature and all features with your phone. Easy to clean filter. Looks and operates like new.
